Return and Exchange Policy - Snickers Style
At Snickers Style, we care about customer satisfaction and are committed to providing a flexible and seamless shopping experience through a clear return and exchange policy.
Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.
- First: Replacement policy
- Product replacement can be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition, with packaging and all accessories .
- The customer bears the shipping fees for the exchange service .
- After the product is inspected and its condition is confirmed, a replacement product is sent to the customer.
- Exchange requests will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt.
Second: Return Policy
- You can request a return within 3 days from the date you receive the shipment.
- The product must be unused, clean and in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- The return service is not completely free , and the customer bears the service fee.
- After the product is received and inspected at the warehouse, the amount will be refunded to the same original payment method within 48 hours of confirmation of return acceptance.
General admission requirements
- Do not use or wear the product.
- Not exceeding the specified period
- Keep the original packaging and all accessories.
- Matching the data of the order and invoice.
