⏱️ Shipping and processing time
Within the United Arab Emirates:
- Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 1 to 3 business days .
- Delivery includes all emirates of the country.
Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
- Shipping takes 5 to 7 business days .
- Major cities include: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, and other cities.
Gulf countries:
- Shipping time varies by country, and is usually within 5–7 business days .
⚠️ Note:
During peak seasons such as Ramadan, National Day, and holidays, shipping times may extend to 7–12 working days .
Shipping time includes:
- Order processing
- Packaging
- Hand it over to the shipping company
If the shipment is not received
- If the shipment is returned to the warehouse, it can be resent at the customer's request, with additional shipping charges incurred if applicable .
- You can request a delivery re-attempt directly through the shipping company.
- If the shipment is held up by the shipping company, the customer is provided with the necessary follow-up instructions.
Tracking notifications
- When the order is shipped, you will receive a text message from the shipping company containing a tracking link.
- If the message does not arrive, you can contact us via the store's WhatsApp to obtain the tracking number.
