First: Replacement Policy
- A product replacement can be requested within 7 days of the date of receiving the shipment.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition, with the original box and all accessories .
- The customer bears the shipping fees for the exchange service.
- After receiving the product, inspecting it and ensuring that it meets the requirements, the replacement product is sent to the customer.
- Exchange requests are not accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt.
Second: Return Policy
- You can request a return of the product within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
- The product must be unused, clean, and in its original condition with packaging and all accessories.
- The return service is not free , and the customer bears the return service fee.
- After the product arrives at the warehouse, is inspected, and the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
General admission requirements
- Do not use or wear the product.
- Adherence to the specified timeframe for both returns and exchanges.
- Keep the original packaging and all accessories.
- The order details match the invoice.
