Return and Exchange Policy – Sneakers Style

At Sneakers Style, we place customer satisfaction at the top of our priorities, and we strive to provide a flexible and clear shopping experience through an organized and easy return and exchange policy.

Please review the following terms carefully before completing your order.

First: Exchange Policy
An exchange request can be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
The product must be unused and in its original condition, with the original box and all accessories.
The customer bears the shipping fees related to the exchange service.
After receiving the product, inspecting it, and confirming that it meets the conditions, the replacement product will be sent to the customer.
Exchange requests will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt.

Second: Return Policy
A return request can be made within 3 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
The product must be unused, clean, and in its original condition, with the packaging and all accessories.
The return service is not free, and the customer bears the return service fees.
After the product reaches the warehouse, is inspected, and the return is approved, the amount will be refunded within 48 hours via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

General Acceptance Conditions
The product must not be used or worn.
Compliance with the specified period for both return and exchange.
Preserving the original packaging and all accessories.
Order details must match the invoice.
